The Mais Transparência portal is managed by the Agency for Administrative Modernization, I.P., here in after abbreviated as "AMA".

All contents, including any videos, graphics, texts, images, drawings, music or sounds and any other information are the property of AMA, or have been included with the permission of the entities that legitimately hold the copyright over them.

The protection of copyright and industrial property on the contents present on the site extends to all copies of part or all of the information contained therein.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

Before accessing and using this site, carefully read its Terms and Conditions. The access and use of this site by the user is considered an unequivocal sign that the user has read, understood and accepted its Terms and Conditions of use.

These Terms and Conditions may be changed at any time by decision of the AMA, considering that the modifications take effect from the date of their availability on this site.

Any attempts to change the information, or any other action that could cause damage and jeopardize the integrity of the system, are strictly prohibited according to the legislation in force.

It is prohibited to use the contents of this site for illegal purposes or any other purposes that may be considered undignified or abusive. It is also prohibited to create or introduce any type of virus or other code or program that contains destructive or harmful properties.

The user of this site undertakes to scrupulously comply with the applicable legislation, namely in terms of computer crime and intellectual property rights, being exclusively responsible for the infringement of these regulations.


The AMA respects your right to privacy and does not collect any personal information about you on this site without your consent.

In everything that is not expressly provided for, such as for example in everything regarding the exercise of rights of access, information, rectification, portability, revocation, erasure and complaint, the terms and conditions apply, which can be consulted at AMA Privacy Policy.

The system is housed in AMA's technological infrastructure, which has security elements, both in terms of storage and communications, which guarantee protection against security risks.

They are implemented the measures that result from the global policies of the AMA for Information Systems and that guarantee the security of the processing of personal data.


AMA cannot be held accountable for any damages or damages in civil liability (including, but not limited to, consequential damages, loss of profits and moral damages, caused directly or indirectly), that arise as a result of the correct or incorrect use of this site and its contents by the user, access to the user's computer and computer system by third parties.

Legislation and regulations applicable

  • Law No. 58/2019, of 8 August, which ensures the implementation, in the national legal system, of the RGPD.

Law and competent forum applicable

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with Portuguese law.

The Court of the territorial area of Lisbon, to the exclusion of any other, is competent to settle any conflicts that result from the interpretation and application of these Terms and Conditions for the use of this site.
